Olivia Teroba

Olivia Teroba (Tlaxcala, 1988) is the author of the autobiographical essays Un lugar seguro and Dinero y escritura, published in Mexico with Sexto Piso. Her short stories have been published in multiple collections published in Mexico, Spain, Chile, and Argentina, most recently El fin del mundo y el inicio (Overol, 2022) and Todo lo que no ocurre (Medusa, 2024).

She has been a fellow at several prestigious writing programs in Mexico, including the Foundation of Mexican Letters and Fonca, and is the recipient of the Edmundo Valadés Latin American Short Story Prize, the Salvador Gallardo Dávalos National Young Literature Prize, and the Casa Wabi-Dharma Books Narrative Prize. She has also participated in artist residencies in Mexico, Bolivia, and Japan.

She currently writes, reads, and edits, and is a part of the editorial project Osa Menor.
