Gabriel Rolón
Gabriel Rolón was born in 1961 in the district of La Matanza, province of Buenos Aires. He is a psychoanalyst, writer, and prominent cultural thinker. He completed his studies at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Buenos Aires. Between essays and novels, he has written eleven books —several of them adapted to film, theater and television: Historias de diván (2007), Palabras cruzadas (2009), Los padecientes (2010), Encuentros (2012), Medianoche en Buenos Aires (2013), Historias desconocidas (2014), Cara a cara (2015), La voz ausente (2018), El precio de la pasión (2019), El Duelo (2020), and La felicidad (2023). His books have been translated into German, Bulgarian, Turkish, Italian, Portuguese, and French and have sold over three million copies.
